We should be able to tweak requirements, update scopes, regenerate guardrails, etc. from MCP server instead of needing to log into zenable.app

All users should be able to oversee the usage of their tenant and all users, and in the profile we should also expose per-user usage details. Perhaps we also add details like who is hitting their usage limits most often, and other reporting similar to the detailed findings page

For pipelines and other machine access, users should be able to configure and exchange an OIDC token for an API key that permits access for a configurable duration and discrete set of permissions ( https://docs.zenable.io/permissions )
